1.     Anger		This is my friend and he can get angry very easily so i took a picture of him being angry.
2.     Power		This man ripples with power.  He is a leader and a very powerful man.
3.     Ugly		This is a dirty table.  It looks gross and disgusting.
4.     Calm		My little brother for once is lying down and not acting crazy.  That is a calm kid.
5.     Compassion		This picture shows compassion through love.  Holding hands shows you love and care for someone.
6.     Authority		This is my dad's police hat and award.  He served for 27 years before retiring.
7.     Pride		This is my mothers army uniform.  I am very proud that is served for my country.
8.     Mysterious		The classic Hardy Boys Books are all based on mysteries.
9.     Wisdom		This picture shows a dedicated student athlete working hard in class.
10.  Love		You can see the love between the two people in this picture.
11.  Lazy		This picture shows no motivation at all.  Nothing is being done or looks like it every will be done.
12.  Temptation		This cookie looks very tempting to eat just like most sweets do.
13.  Happiness		This person just saw a doughnut.  You can see how obviously happy she is.  She can't wait to eat it.
14.  Growth		This plant has been growing in my garden since spring it started as nothing and now has grown big.
15.  Memories		This is me as a child and reminds me of all the great times I had in elementary school.
16.  Sounds		This is my phone it is making noises all the time.  It is a constant reminder to my hectic life.
17.  Diversity		Diversity isn't just race.  Diversity can be different shapes or colors or even ideas.
18.  Dangerous		Danger can be seen in many different things.  This snowboard shows the danger of riding one of these each time someone gets on.
19.  Hope		The cross symbolizes a after life which means hope after death.
20.  Truth		The bible tells all the truth about the past the present and the future.
21.  Patriotic		This picture shows patriotism because of the flag in the background.  This is my couch at home.
22.  Sad		This picture shows my little brother right before he begins to pout.
23.  Terrifying		This picture of basement steps is very scary who knows what is all down there.
24.  Abandoned		This couch and filing cabinet and chairs look like they have just been left to rot here.
25.  Courage		This is a American flag just like the warriors who have died recieve.

Sketchbook cover

1. I took this photograph using my phone at my house.
2. This photo is good because it is a close up of a basketball and has good lighting.
3. I value this because it is of a basketball and shows who i am.  I love basketball.
4. My theme is basketball and how basketball is my life.  The basketball is like the sun and like all the planets revolve around the sun my life revolves around basketball.
5. The cut outs of paper show heat and if they basketball is the sun then the closer you are to the basketball the hotter it is.  That is why the colors start at orange and slowly fade to blue.
6. I used the warm to cool design.  That is why the colors go from orange (warm) to blue (cold).

Blog Post 1: Qualities of a good photograph

 

            A quality of a good photograph is appeal to emotion.  A picture has to evoke some sort of emotion out of a person.  The photographer needs to know what emotion this is and specifically focus on it in the photo.  A good photograph also tells a story, it shows you more then expected.  Another good quality is interesting lighting.  Lighting can be key to photos because it can make one part of the picture stand out and the other to fall into the shadows.
